Released by Master of Malt, this vintage expression showcases the distinctive character of Ledaig, the heavily peated style produced at Tobermory.
After more than two decades in oak, the powerful peat smoke has had time to integrate with the spirit, developing layers of dried fruit, vanilla, coastal salinity, spice, and mature oak. The result is a sophisticated combination of smoky intensity and aged complexity, making it particularly appealing to collectors and enthusiasts of mature island malts.

NOSE:
Powerfully aromatic yet refined, with peat smoke, sea spray, charred oak, dried fruit, vanilla, leather, and subtle medicinal notes. Hints of citrus and warm spice emerge beneath the smoke.
TASTE:
Rich and full-bodied, combining smoky peat with dried apricot, raisins, dark chocolate, caramel, toasted nuts, and peppery spice. Maritime saltiness and mature oak provide additional depth and structure.
FINISH:
Long, warming, and smoky, with lingering peat embers, dark fruit, sea salt, vanilla, oak spice, and a subtle earthy character.
