Barsol Acholado is a premium Peruvian Pisco crafted from a blend of three traditional Pisco grape varieties: Quebranta, Italia and Torontel. The blend combines the structure of Quebranta with the juicy fruit character of Italia and the floral aromatics of Torontel, creating a balanced and expressive spirit. Barsol produces its Pisco in Ica, Peru, using traditional pot distillation and bottles it at distillation proof without dilution or added flavourings.
