Description

Barsol Puro Torontel is a premium Peruvian Pisco made exclusively from Torontel grapes, an intensely aromatic grape variety related to Muscat. Produced in the Ica Valley using traditional Peruvian pot distillation, Barsol ferments pure grape wine and distils it once to bottle proof, without adding water, flavourings or other additives. The result is a crystal-clear spirit with remarkable floral intensity, ripe fruit character and a distinctive, refined finish.

NOSE:
Expressive and highly aromatic, with jasmine and lilac, citrus blossoms, lemongrass, Meyer lemon and dark berry fruit.

TASTE:
Vibrant and fruit-driven, revealing peach, apricot, lemon, dark berries and plush black raisins, complemented by subtle liquorice, lavender and white pepper.

FINISH:
Soft and velvety, with an elegant texture and lingering floral notes.
