Barsol Mosto Verde Italia is a premium Peruvian Pisco made from 100% Italia grapes grown in the Ica Valley. Unlike traditional Pisco, the Mosto Verde method distils the grape must while it is still partially fermented, leaving some natural residual sugar and requiring roughly twice as many grapes per bottle. This careful process preserves exceptionally fresh grape aromas while creating a softer, rounder and more luxurious texture.
Bottled at 41.8% ABV, it is an expressive and elegant Pisco with tropical fruit, citrus and pear character, making it equally appealing for sipping or sophisticated Pisco cocktails.
